Meditation + Yoga
Start each day at Nectar Yoga by reconnecting with the body. After some grounding breathwork, guests embark on either a silent guided walking meditation through the woods or a seated meditation in our unique geodesic dome.
Immediately following meditation, the teacher guides an all-levels yoga flow to awaken the body and mindfully approach the day. Our classes are taught from the foundation of alignment-based movement with modifications provided.
We adjust our teachings according to the season, so students will always be in-tune with the rhythmic changes of the natural surroundings.
