Re-wild Women's Retreat with Taylor Chang | Nectar Yoga Retreat

Have you ever felt like there’s something more calling you, something deeper, and truer to who you are but you don’t quite know what that is? Maybe you've been following the path you thought you "should" be on, ticking off the boxes society says lead to success. But deep down, there’s a voice inside, a whisper of wisdom, urging you to listen, to follow it, and to invite more joy, play, and purpose into your life.

Awaken the Sense Retreat led by Codi Jane and April Zanot

RETREAT OVERVIEW

Join holistic healers Codi Jane and April Zanot for this expansive offering of yoga, sound healing, & breathwork in Bowen Island, British Columbia. Bowen Island is the perfect escape to rejuvenate the soul and refresh the mind. Enjoy daily movement sessions, meditation, and nature immersion throughout the retreat. Get ready to reawaken your senses and get nourished by nature.

Breathwork Meditation

Pranayama is a powerful tool for resetting your body and mind. Working with the breath can be a fast, effective way to bring healing and more profound awareness into your life. It resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins.

Sound Healing to Nurture the Nervous System

Codi will guide you through a sound journey intended to assist your nervous system in down-regulating. We are making space for you to feel embodied and whole, all while landing in the heart space. As we harmonize with these healing frequencies within the community, our interconnection and intention will emit frequencies to assist the planet in healing.

We use intentional breathing to discipline the overactive mind and clear out negative energy, patterns and emotions. Students often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss from these sessions.

This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island, BC). To read more about Nectar Yoga, click here.
