Harmony Shire has been a certified Yin Yoga Teacher and a Registered Massage therapist specializing in fascial, craniosacral, visceral and osteopathic modalities for 17. In her classes she weaves the wisdom of her fascial therapies and somatic experience into the traditional long held poses of yin yoga. With her Crystalline Energy training Harmony helps to weave energetic releases and blockages individually and collectively in the space, holding a sacred container for the medicine of the practice to flow.
